At Anna Custom Tailor Shop, we use reliable and fast shipping services for all orders within the United States.

- Shipping Area: United States only
Please note:
We currently do not ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.
Delivery times may be slightly delayed during:
- Peak seasons
- Holidays
- Unexpected carrier delays
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Anna Custom Tailor Shop only ships within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method.
When placing an order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can safely complete your payment using:

- Supported credit/debit cards

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they are placed.
Before completing your purchase, please double-check:

We cannot guarantee any changes after an order is confirmed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
Important:
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Can I return or request a refund for my order?
Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping is only covered if the item is defective or incorrect

What is the return policy timeframe?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.
After 30 days, orders are considered accepted and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier
